AR66 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Betting Platform Usage Terms

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the AR66 platform, including the website, mobile application, and all related services offered by AR66 to members in Malaysia. These Terms take effect from the date your account is registered or the date you first use the platform, whichever is earlier.

AR66 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the AR66 platform. Continued use of the platform after the amendment date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is each member's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

In the event of any discrepancy between the Bahasa Malaysia version and any other version, the Bahasa Malaysia version shall serve as the primary reference for members in Malaysia.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the AR66 platform, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration
• Resident in or located in Malaysia when using the platform
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not listed on any self-exclusion or platform ban register
• Not an AR66 employee or an immediate family member of an AR66 employee

AR66 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the specified period will be suspended until verification is finalised.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Only

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) AR66 account. This includes accounts registered using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details by the same individual. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and whenever requested by AR66. This includes your full name, identification card number, date of birth, phone number, and email address. AR66 reserves the right to request copies of identification documents for verification purposes at any time.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your AR66 username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. AR66 will not be liable for any losses resulting from your account being accessed by a third party, whether authorised by you or not. Contact AR66 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

AR66 supports the following deposit methods for members in Malaysia:

Minimum deposit is RM20. Accepted payment methods are subject to change without prior notice. All deposits are credited in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed within 3–15 minutes for accounts that have completed identity verification. The following conditions apply:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per transaction
• The withdrawal method must be the same as, or related to, the deposit method used
• The recipient account must be in the same name as your ar66 account
• AR66 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding RM5,000
• Any withdrawal involving bonus funds is subject to the applicable rollover requirements

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

AR66 may require identity verification (Know Your Customer) before processing your first withdrawal or when transaction amounts exceed a certain threshold. This process requires a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) and may include proof of address. This is a standard legal compliance requirement applicable to all digital financial platforms in Malaysia.

5 Bonus & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional offers, and rewards provided by AR66 are subject to the specific terms stated for each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified:

• Bonuses are for legitimate registered members only — one bonus per individual, per household, per IP address, and per device
• Rollover requirements (wagering conditions) must be met before bonus funds can be converted to cash
• Bonuses may not be used for hedge betting or any strategy designed to exploit the bonus system
• AR66 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence of abuse
• Bonuses carry a set validity period — any bonus not used within that period will expire automatically

5.2 Welcome Bonus

A welcome bonus of up to RM500 is offered to new AR66 members on their first deposit. This bonus is subject to a 20x rollover requirement on the total of the deposit plus bonus amount. For example, if you receive a RM100 bonus on a RM100 deposit, you must wager RM4,000 before the bonus balance can be withdrawn. The rollover requirement must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited.

5.3 Ongoing Promotions

Daily and weekly promotions — such as rebates, free spins, and reload bonuses — each carry their own terms and validity periods as stated on the respective promotion pages. AR66 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time. Misuse of the promotions system may result in disqualification from future promotions and possible account termination.

6 Sports Betting Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

All sports bets on AR66 are subject to market availability and the applicable betting limits. AR66 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason, particularly for bets that exceed set limits or raise concerns regarding sporting integrity.

6.2 Match Results

Betting outcomes are determined based on official results issued by the relevant sports governing body. For Malaysia Super League, EPL, and other football leagues, results after 90 minutes of regular time apply unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules. For BWF badminton and MPL Malaysia esports, the final match result applies.

6.3 Live Betting

Live in-play betting is subject to availability and odds updated in real time. AR66 reserves the right to suspend or close live betting markets at any point during a match. Bets placed after an event has occurred — including goals, red cards, or set completions — will not be accepted and will be voided if detected.

6.4 Cancelled or Postponed Matches

If a match is cancelled or suspended before reaching the minimum stipulated period, all related bets will be voided and funds returned to the member's account. For matches that are suspended and later resumed, the specific rules for each sport will apply.

7 Casino Game Rules

7.1 Game Fairness

All casino games on AR66 — including slots, Live Casino, table games, and fishing games — operate on an RNG (Random Number Generator) system that has been independently audited by international third-party bodies. The stated RTP for each game is accurate and verified. AR66 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

7.2 Live Casino

Live Casino games such as Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, and Crazy Time are streamed live from professional studios with real dealers. All Live Casino results are final and non-disputable unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure on AR66's end. In the event of a technical disruption during a Live Casino session, any incomplete rounds will be voided and stakes refunded.

7.3 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure during a casino game, AR66 will determine a fair outcome based on available server logs and game data. AR66's decision in such matters is final. AR66 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the member's end.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the AR66 platform and will result in appropriate action:

• Identity fraud: Registering using another person's name or information
• Multiple accounts: Operating more than one account for yourself or on behalf of others
• Bonus abuse: Using strategies designed to exploit the bonus system without genuine intent to play
• Money laundering: Using the AR66 platform to process or conceal proceeds from illegal activities
• Betting fraud: Account collusion, opposing bets arising from fraudulent activity (arb betting), or any form of manipulation
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, or other software to automate betting or gameplay
• Hacking and intrusion: Any attempt to access AR66 systems without authorisation, alter code, or disrupt platform operations
• Defamation and harassment: Spreading false information about AR66 or harassing other members through support channels

AR66 reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual or group found to be involved in fraudulent activities on our platform.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

9.1 Closure by Member

You may close your AR66 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at support@ar66.xyz. Prior to closure, all active wagering requirements must be fulfilled, or the relevant bonuses will be forfeited. Any remaining funds in the account will be returned via the same method as your last deposit within 5–7 business days.

9.2 Suspension by AR66

AR66 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms
• Facilitating or endorsing fraudulent or illegal activity
• Failure to meet identity verification requirements
• Requests from Malaysian legal authorities
• Security risks identified by the AR66 technical team

9.3 Self-Exclusion

At a member's own request for Responsible Gaming purposes, a temporary self-exclusion (24 hours to 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion may be activated. Permanent self-exclusion is final and the account will not be reinstated for any reason once the valid period has ended.

10 Limitation of Liability

AR66 provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted under Malaysian law, AR66 shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform
• Financial losses arising from betting or gaming outcomes
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond AR66's control, including internet infrastructure failures, regulatory authority interference, or natural disasters
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence

AR66's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the total amount actually deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the AR66 platform — including logos, designs, software code, text, graphics, odds data, and page layouts — is the property of AR66 or its licensors and is protected under Malaysian copyright and intellectual property law.

You may not copy, redistribute, modify, republish, sublicense, or use any AR66 content for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from AR66. Using odds data, statistics, or match information from the AR66 platform for aggregation purposes or third-party services is strictly prohibited.

12 Amendment of Terms

AR66 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to members via registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect. Non-material amendments (such as spelling corrections or language clarifications) may take effect immediately.

Continued use of the AR66 platform after an amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account before it takes effect without penalty.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the AR66 platform shall first be resolved through direct negotiation between the member and the AR66 support team.

If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of the dispute being submitted, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration in Malaysia under mutually agreed procedures. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

For matters relating to personal data protection, complaints may be submitted to the Department of Personal Data Protection (PDPA) Malaysia in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
